Ummm....did they not get the memo that is NOT COOL for a basketball player to bring 4 guns in the locker room to intimidate a fellow teammate Javaris Crittenton; especially in Washington DC where guns are considered contraband. WOW!

January 15,2010 Arenas pleaded guilty to a felony gun charge. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in a halfway house, 2 years probation, a $5,000 fine and 400 hours of community service that CAN NOT be performed at basketball clinics.

 

TINY GOING TO JAIL FOR A YEAR

According to reports from TMZ:

     Tameka “TINY”  Cottles is in trouble; the District Attorney of LA County has charged her with possession of ECSTASY. Tiny could be facing up to a year in PRISON.

in West Hollywood on drug related charges. 

"After this, I will become a better person,"  

"I am not without flaw. One thing from my flaws that I have always done, I have accepted responsibility."

When T.I. and Tiny were arrested, T.I. was already on probation for FEDERAL GUN CHARGES. As a result of this recent arrest, T.I. VIOLATED HIS PROBATION and was SENTENCED TO 11 MONTHS. Tip reportedly told the judge he needed help for DRUG ADDICTION and begged him not to be sent back to prison.

Both T.I & Tiny have so much going for them. I hope Tiny is able to get an alternative sentencing like house arrest so that their kids do not have to be away from both their parents.

LOVE on LOCKDOWN: T.I. AGREES TO 6 MONTHS JAIL TIME

Word on the internet is saying that T.I.'S LEGAL TEAM has tentatively agreed to accept 6 MONTHS JAIL TIME, so that his wife and mother of his children, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle will avoid ANY PROSECUTION.

 "TI wants to be certain that she will remain free to raise their children. That's his number one priority. Over his career, and even over his freedom."

Tiny is no stranger to bad boys. During a HONEY MAGAZINE interview, Tiny was asked "What type of guys are you attracted to? 

"Honestly, I've always been into BAD BOYS-something about the bad boy just ATTRACTS ME, just gets my attention..."

T.I. & Tiny were ARRESTED in HOLLYWOOD!

T.I. and wife Tameka "TINY" Cottle were pulled over in the 9200 Block of SUNSET BLVD. after making an illegal U-TURN in their MAYBACH, says TMZ. DEPUTIES noticed  a "smelled a strong odor of marijuana" emitting from the vehicle.

Wednesday evening both T.I. and Tiny were ARRESTED AND BOOKED into the West Hollywood Sheriffs Station on DRUG CHARGES. Another UNIDENTIFIED MAN was arrested too. Maybe he was there to take the blame for T.I. in case something did happen? A bodyguard? Maybe his private security?


According to the L.A. County Sheriff's department, "Pills resembling ECSTASYwere found and the pills are now undergoing testing."

The couple was released on bail at 4 a.m. after having paid their court order BAIL AMOUNT  OF $10,000. The couple is DUE IN COURT in BEVERLY HILLS on FRIDAY at 8:30 am.


They just got married July 30 in Miami Beach. (VIP pics here) T.I. was just released from prison late last year after SERVING TIME ON ILLEGAL FIREARM POSSESSION CONVICTION and is still on PROBATION! If charged and convicted, this will DEFINITELY  be a VIOLATION OF HIS PAROLE.
